on the hill of long ago

The misty clouds in the forest
Early rise to walk through with it
The wet ground where leeches breed
If you like nature nothing beats

Away from the bustling city life
Away from the maddening crowd
In the quiet carefree ways of the hill
In the jungle treks of misty dewdrops

The early birds singing
The calling of insects in mating season
Sometimes monkeys roam from tree to tree
Of cobras better look it out while trekking

The voices of nature
The soothing echo in the mind
Nothing really to worry about deadlines
In nature you can feel the free glow

Of course don't get lost
It will become a nightmare!
Know the boundary line
Stay alert and watch out for the slippery snakes

The misty clouds in the forest
Listening to the early morning breezes
The early birds chirping in melody
Slowly the sun light painting the sky
