The illegal structures
Nobody makes a noise
Until the whole got it up
Sitting as an eyesore
Along the road
The council officers will notice
But no action will be taken
Until somebody complains
It can happen in many cities and towns
The illegal structures will be put up
Like those house-owners putting up car structures
On the land the council officers should take action
Since nobody files a complaint
No action has been taken for years
There is no pro-active council officers
They are very active in handphone games
