The nature of humans
Cultured and learned
Schooled in ways of rights and wrongs
Yet somehow they forget
When they embrace religion
They think they are on the right path
They don't think seriously
Following blindly by the religious preachers
The doctrine of good and evil
It is always in the humans
They can't escape their DNA
It is where God put His test
The whole population could have failed
As we read about history and tales
Putting on air of power and greed
Putting fear to enrich themselves
All are on the wrong foundation
The ills we see today can't escape
The sins of the world keep filling up
God is waiting patiently we realize our mistakes
