What's there to fight in court?
It is just a waste of time
Only lawyers make it to the bank
Cases like these
The court will dismiss it
The losing party has to pay
Is it worth the trouble?
Even lease-hold properties or land
When the leases have expired
The owners have no claim at all
Unless the leases are signed on new terms
We can only seek court redress
When we have strong legal points
Without it we will not get the result
It isnt worth it when the contract over
