It can be conducted on a small scale
By using association members, Bar Council
Trade unions, political parties council members
It can also include Housing estate management
Parent Teachers Association and universities student council
This will represent the core members to vote
The city mayors of their choice
The current set up
It will not do favors to the city developments
The interest of fairness and equality is absent
It's best the people vote for themselves
