the sea is rough

Rough Seas by Shug1
Rough Seas by Shug1
The sea is rough
The strong wind never let go
Roughing the waves
Hitting the coast clawing back the land

The onlookers and dwellers
Sharing a common sight
Recording the breakaway mud and sand
As the angry waves punish the coast

The strong waves waving through
With debris,bottles, plastics and woods
The dirty handiworks of people
No knowledge of ecology as they pretended to say
With the dirty debris floating for all to see

The coconut trees bending low
Some break into half crying with breaking pain
As the strong wind takes it away
By force of nature no laws to claim

The onlookers run
When the huge waves rising high
On the dry and safer ground
Waiting for the angry wind to slow down
And the sea calmly flowing away

remember the injustice black thursday

In the court of the Pirate King by Sibley!
In the court of the Pirate King by Sibley!

The pirates attack
Like Somalia of the high sea
Capturing ships and innocent people
Asking for ransom millions with it

Even US patrols
Other countries unite
Yet Somalia pirates score
Unarmed ships get hijacked

Any difference in Perak State Assembly?
Hijacking it saying it is legal
Police intervened supporting Albino
And the pirates roaming free

Democracy dies
When laws never enforced fairly
The pirates and his crew
Ignore the decorum grabbing it hungrily
As pirates they forget the laws.....

The symbolic House
In the hands of the pirates of the sea
Perakians will give them enough ropes
When the time is right
The fury will be unleashed
In the ballot box come GE 13

it is money for the game

Ringgit by Unbudi Fairy
Ringgit by Unbudi Fairy

Study late working hard
Hoping to get life on a better light
Look around......some never reach it
Bored down by everyday routines

Yet it has to be done
The money needed to live
Putting up cheerful faces
Hiding the truth
When will it be free?

Only when we are not puppet on the strings
We can go any where we please
Nothing to stop the journey
We don't feel obligated to any body

How true it can be
When we think about life
Yet we have to struggle
Beyond 9 to 5......
I used to work best
When silence prevail....
In the office no soul to distract

Work hard for the living
It is surviving one needs to flow
Into the realm of bitching world
Yet one has to keep a straight face
It is money for the game

democracy dies

Perak State Assembly on May 7 26 by The Edge Malaysia
removing speaker by force
Perak State Assembly on May 7 by The Edge Malaysia

The sanctity of the Assembly House
Violated by the police officers
Forcibly enforced the legitimate Speaker out of the House
Democracy dies in Perak fiasco

The Regent speech sounded hollow
The lawlessness reigns in the Assembly
He should walk out show his displeasure
The dignity of the House is degraded

The men in black worked for Albino
Taking laws into their own
Leaving democracy a bad shape
The world is laughing at us

It is an illegimate assembly
Even the “elected” speaker is illegal
Under standing orders 3 and 4 of State Constitution
The assembly speaker must be an elected state representative
Else it is illegal in carrying out orders and functions

The standing orders conveyed about member of the House
The “elected” speaker for Albino isn't a member of the assembly
As such all decisions and resolutions will be null and void
It is the rules and laws so the crisis will be dragged on

It is a sad black day for democracy
When fear of losing power corrupts every decision
This is what happening in Perak State Assembly
When Albino can't face the voters...........
Clinging to power as pirates of the sea

Speaker forcibly let out of the building

[gambar+Siva+Diheret+Dari+Dewan.jpg]
perak speaker dragged away by men in black

The Speaker forcefully removed
by plainscloth police officers
Carried him out from the State Assembly
as ADUNs shouting at each other
The decorum has long gone to the dogs
Even police officers can enter the building
to forcefully evict elected Speaker
And illegally alleged appointed Bee Anne speaker on the chair
Now the illegal power grab is complete
The demons have taken control of the state assembly
The black day has finally descended on Perak
As Perakians watch with sadness flow
The political crisis in Perak
It doesn't end in the state assembly
The long and winding road will be fought
Until GE 13 comes along
Now Perakians realize
Police neutrality never arise
Siding the ruling Albino
The police takes side
The battle fought
Two wrongs never make a right
Speaker did his ruling
Albino ignore every one of them
There is no law in this land
Seriously it only suits the black knight
And his band of hungry dogs
Perakians may lose this war
We never lose sight of the major prize
The golden goose in GE 13
This is where we stake our claim

the shame

A Green Shame by ZenzenOK
A Green Shame by ZenzenOK

Adults turning into children
Game of toys struggling to get
Even chair seems so important
As the players get rough
The field becomes an open affair

Playing rules never follow
They want to score
Put their names on the white board
Gearing up to fight to the finish
As spectators watch
Taking sides which party will win

The toys trampled
Eyes wink and forget
They now go physical
Challenging tearing each other apart
The game has turned into a circus
Recorded in history for all to remember

The referee leaving the field
Enough he has seen childish pranks he gets angry
Walking away let them have a field day
For scoring doesn't count
As illegality mounts

Black Thursday
Albino never follow rules
The power grab forgetting etiquette
In Perak State Assembly
The chaotic rocking
The elegant House
It becomes a children's play
When Albino cries
Nobody should take it away
No decorum in the House
Shaming the assembly
The Albino doesn't care
It is the power grab
It is the prize
The Speaker sits
His orders ignored
The unruling Albino ADUNs
No law for them
It is Black Thursday
When rules throwing away
Deputy Speaker sacked the Speaker!
What more do we need to hear and see?
It is illegal
No matter what Albino wants to claim
Ignoring Speaker voting on their own
It can't be ruled legitimate
It is the Black day in Perak

the rules disappeared

Malaysia Politics by pinkturtle2

The chaos in Perak State Assembly
Fighting for control of the proceedings
The suspended MB and his gang refused to go
Even ordered by the Speaker......
The sergeant at arms refused to take order
So this is the Albino chaotic power grab

Speaker was refused entry
When he escorted out the Raja Muda
In the Assembly frog Hee took over
Saying she suspended the Speaker!

Albino appointed Ganesan
As the new speaker of the assembly
Power grab has no dignity
A sad and black day for Perak
And the sultan letting it rolls

Outside arrests made
Perakians will know history
For this day it will be remembered
We will kick them out in GE 13

The chaotic state assembly
The Albino makes it happening
Never wants to follow rules of the House
Perakians will make it works
In the ballot boxes

awek rempit by [estacado]

Mat Rempit and snatch thieves
Banned the selling of the motorcycles
This is the only way to stop these menances
Running wild in the country

The police closing one eye
Letting them terrorising the innocents
The police spend time with political affiliations
Leaving the Mat Rempit and snatch thieves
The freedom to create havoc amongst the defenceless people

Lately two pregnant women died
The snatch thieves did that....
One in Johore one in Kelantan
How many innocents must pay before law comes in?

Police jobs to defend the people
Against undesirable elements in the nation
It isn't a job to curry favors from the political elites
It isn't the way to safeguard the lives of the innocents

What we have seen
It is the opposite what their jobs entitled
Protect the people seem low key
Carrying out orders of Albino
It is the day the police keep going
And Mat Rempit and snatch thieves
The streets for them to do the rampage
Police have no time to run after these little rats
They rather work for Albino
Arresting the political opponents

It finally here
The anticipation completes
Today Perakians will know
Democracy lives or dies slowly

The State Assembly Speaker
He must give us hope in the State
Use his discretionary powers in the State Constitution
Take the illegals out of the Assembly

Outside police, FRU and special branch officers
Arresting people wearing black
The police officers work for black knight
The people will remember this Black 507
Where democracy seems hijacked

People from all over Malaysia
They wanted to demonstrate how democracy works
In small groups marching towards State Assembly building
The police officers arrested them on sight

The crying shame we witness
Protecting the people the police forget
Using intimidation to treat the people
The lowest tide we witness in Perak

Speaker Sir
It is time you make Albino pays
For the sins on the people
Let democracy lights our spirits
For the country needs it

mr speaker kicks some butts

IPH to HDY..... by Ashraff aCaB NorAriff
IPH to HDY..... by Ashraff aCaB NorAriff

The black day in Perak
Arrests and warrant of arrests
For 507 the State Assembly sits
The House Speaker must rock it
Don't let the Albino gets away
Don't let the black knight sleeps soundly
Use your power in the State Constitution
Tear it into pieces on Albino
Let the wrath of the people passing through
Let the people decide

The House Speaker has the power
Don't let it go to waste when it is finally arrived
Use it to your advantage never giving it away
For the Perakians depend on you
To light up the democracy!

The police has camped around the perimeters
Surrounding by trucks and cars............
Road blocks will be mounted to intimidate people
For the police are supporting the Albino
They forget to help the people
Who pay them from their taxes

When the Ruler fails to do
We hope he doesn't forget his people plea
For the right to vote their government
Then the House Speaker must use his discretionary powers
Derail the evil objectives of the Albino
Lay it to rest in the many holes
Let them sink and sleep uneasily
Mr Speaker the ball is at your feet
Kick some butts let the glory be in history!

too many holes

several dig holes by globevisions
several dig holes by globevisions

Digging too many holes
It will hard to cover it up quickly
The exposure will be seen
By all walking on the streets

When lies hit upon lies
When truth never comes to light
Every single action will doom
As the guilty party tries to hide

Every sound triggers fear phobia
Holding the door handles sweating on forehead
Thinking of the events done and gone
As the knocking never stops

Sending cakes on birthdays
Telling a message
The recipient springs into action
The uniformed police take the law
Even cake now is under Penal Code
A taboo to do.....

In the land !Malaysia
Nothing surprises any more
Wearing black too

The light will spring
Marching to the new spirit
Now the people know
No more lies only the truth

the row of lights

Line up by zhee
Line up by zhee

Life will be easy
Honey walls lining up to ABC
There is no conflict, dissatisfaction and power crazy
Each take turns to light the way

The row of lights
On the streets beacon
Glowing enchanting mesmerizing flow
The eyes dazzle the mind glow

Yet in our lives
Others try to mess it up
Using all kinds of tactics
And uniformed agencies

Judiciary and laws
Trampled upon serving and supporting interests
Leaving the ordinary people perplexing
Of how it sinks so low

The conflict of separation of power
Encroaching upon it denying its encroachment
Telling all and sundry it is alright to serve a purpose
Only to the power that wants it makes

See life will be easy
If only we let laws speak its rules
If only we let the Constitution plays a role
If only the uniformed agencies play neutral

But it never happens
The row of lights
In the hands of the crazy and self interests
It drowns our rights and freedom!

will the perak crisis end?

from darkness to the light.. by Jebat33
from darkness to the light.. by Jebat33
D-Day Perak
Tomorrow 507
Will the crisis end?
My take it will not to be

Zombie and his 6 gangs
They will be barred from entering
They are still on suspension
As far as the FC and State Constitution says
There is no way for them to claim legitimacy
The Federal Court rules but there is no order

Likewise the 3 frogs
Causing dispute to this crisis
The State Speaker will make his ruling
They should be barred from entering
Zombie had said he has contracts
With these 3 frogs so must haul them for questioning

This is in case the Ruler
Forgets to take heed of his people long requests
Dissolve the State Assembly during his opening address
Once and for all bring dignity to the State and Constitution

The Ruler should forget about his own conveniences
It is his people he would have to remember
As a Constitional Monarch, he should let his people decide
The party to govern his State

Will Tuanku rise to the occasion?
We pray he has the wisdom to dispense his justice
He should make it right, don't drag on the net
It is too uneconomic too much distractions

Daulat Tuanku
Make the right choice
The Perakians will rejoice
It is in your hands
Tuanku will pen the right words
Let your people decide

Black Knight by OR_U

Black or white
Name can't write
On the sloganic rhetoric
Now the truth prevails
The black knight doesn't ring true
He only says to please

The cloudy sky
It moves never wants to cry
The way the Albino behaves
The quick sand waiting
Come GE 13 light shut it down

Black or white
Albino getting scared
Feeling the heat
And the candles light
Of Aminah hovering in the sky

Every time the black knight rides
He will make the wrong move
He digs into a deeper hole
For it is there the story will be told

Do you hear no black or white?
Albino getting scared
Using uniformed agencies
Putting blocks on people
It never works
History has said so many times

aminah woke up

forgotten places by fubuki
forgotten places by fubuki

Aminah woke up
Floating in space
Pieces of May
It was hard to live this way

She looked down
on the streets
Cars and people
Neonlights and entertainment

She missed it
The loved ones she left behind
Without saying goodbye
Landed in Malaysia
Got C4ed into kingdom come!

The masked people free
The police never investigate
Washing hands off....
Maybe protecting

Aminah knew
She must do it herself
People concerned trying to help
Without evidence it is hard in law

So Aminah in space
Flying to find her peace
For the masked people who ordered her hit
She will come for them
Slowly but surely she will arrive

Happy forgotten birthday
Aminah wherever you are now
Blown to pieces you never forget
It is time you write your story
Let the truth be told
Through somebody's soul

stretch the money

I still observe
Many people still do shopping
In Tesco, shops and outlets

Markets full of housewives
Marketing and morning tea and breakfast
The economy running down
Yet the businesses in the market thriving

Apparently the effects have not sunken in
People here in general still do as much as usual
Morning and at night......even in the new town
Near to UTAR university and college students

Personally I cut down dining in restaurants
Now I look for cheap and nutritious food
Claypot chicken and two large plates of fresh vegetables for $7.80
I don't think you can get it anywhere............
Occasionally cooking at home

Now is the time to scout
The cheap nutritious food in town
As the saying goes
Stretch the ringgit to its limit

Pot holes! by yobosayo
Pot holes! by yobosayo

Many will be taken
On the slogan and some side shows
When the rots have set in
It has to be chopped, cleared and made new
!Malaysia
It can never happen
Onn Jaffar tried
And see what left of him
Cast away into political oblivion
Albino didnt want to know
nothing to do with his ideas
A man of his vision
Killed off by racial journey
Otherwise we will be a nation
Proudly standing tall together
No color no creed
As one in Malaysia
No brain drain
No racial bashing
No quota system
All through efforts and brains
Will there be hope?
Only change the system
Only change the government
Start afresh set new vision
And objectives to reach our destination
Now too much baggages
Amongst the government leaders
Hiding as much as they can
Draining our resources putting up straight faces
No Sir.........change must come
Before it is too late
We must go back
The idea of Onn Jaffar
Then we are truly as one as one nation

Those years I lived

The fresh air
The smell of fragrant morning
The natural aroma whispering
It makes life so refreshing

Even living on the island
Listening to the sound of waves
Rolling catching the coastal lines
The mind captures its magic
Living free so erotically bliss

Walking and jogging in Botanical Gardens
The fresh air the chirping birds melodious twittering
Listen to the whirring wind freshly brewed aromatic caress
It feels good to walk in the natural flow
Of God gifts many tend to forget....pursuing wants and needs

Now living in a town
Slow moving dust and smell
In my garden I still hear
The humming birds chirping
Butterflies flying clapping wings
It is still bearable in my new footing
As I wake up doing the routines

In legal forms and judgements
He should do the right thing

To do his honest way to ease his people pain
No more dilly dallying with the politicians
It is his people to get it going
Elect the party to administer the State

Putu Mayam, but different

When I was staying in Penang
I found a Malay man selling
In cylinder bamboo and round plate putu
So there I was buying a few ringgit
It was good I kept returning in the evening

I guess by now
The putu seller has shifted
The cinema closed down
The oldest restaurant in town too
Leaving a vacuum where local food is concerned

In Alor Star where I was staying then
I hardly tried the putu mayam or putu piring
Maybe I didnt know where to find
Though I tried the Kedah Laksa in Kuala Kedah

Snakes & Ladders (Day 8 - Alternative) by F-2
Snakes & Ladders by F-2

The twist and turn
Saying sorry is so difficult
Blaming others giving silly excuses
Time the Pangkor pirate sails home

He has no business
Sitting on the chair
The people ignore him
Yet he sings
Like pirates do
Ignoring all laws and common courtesies

Let him dig some more
On the ground where he will sink
Like the quick sand drowning quickly
Help will not come
though he can sing his best

The twist and turn
The people know it
A leader must apologise
When a wrong is done
The Pangkor pirate a long way down
On the quick sand....he forgets so quickly

the nest

Humming Bird nest 2 by Jonnyvolt
Humming Bird nest by Jonnyvolt

The nest is made
Hanging on the branch of bamboo tree
The humming bird feels it is safe
To lay eggs and start life of its species

One day a bigger grey bird came
Clawing on the bamboo branch staring at it
The humming bird came twittering loud sound
As if it wanted to challenge

The bigger grey bird flew away
Ignoring its bubbling noise
Then silence felt......
The humming bird too

In the evening a grey cat walked by
Staring at it the nest on the bamboo branch
Maybe it was the culprit who took away
The live humming birdies left two deaths

This morning I decided to shift the bamboo pot
Clustered amongst the other potted plants
In this way I hope to camouflage the nest
Let there be a cycle to enjoy the birds' world

Seasons and life
A cycle of needs and desires
Of dreams and frustrations
Coping life and its delicacies

It moves so unknowingly
Passing the moments quickly gone
When one tries to capture it
Sometimes there is nothing to see

Then again in the future
The cycle returns, the smile and laughter ring
Bringing it the sweet happiness
Wishing it will stay this way

The cold, the warm, and the withering
Life capturing moments understanding it
What is lost, it is long gone
No use wasting time
Use it to make new tapestry
For it is a circle
One will meet again

The test of faith conjuring dreams encouraging to take
Yet the tiring soul banging its head.......

You look inwards in the mirror you see.....
The daily struggles inching no where

You want to abandon
The journey you start in the beginning
Giving life; now to taste it; it seems so blurry
Yet it is this struggle to free
It moves others to do great things

Nothing is rosy in life

dissolve the state assembly

Perak Assembly meet by politicsec

Will the Ruler dissolve the state assembly?
What his son said he knows what's happening
Around the palace fencing of people complaints
Will he take the proactive measure to make it happen?

A Ruler must listen to his people
It is them who make the kingdom
Nothing else matters.......only he has to do the right thing
Let the people decide which party to administer the state

The Perakians wish the Ruler does the unexpected
Declare the dissolution of State Assembly
In this way his integrity will remain intact
Else the crisis will not see the end of day
Court battles all of black knight doing
And the greedy hoppers betraying the trust of the people

The Federal Constitution conveniently turning around
Giving reason only the black knight wants to hear
Dispensing justice not according to the Constitution
Of the way of the ruling Albino

The state Ruler must rise to the occasion
It is time not for personal conveniences
It is time for the people needs
He has to let his people decide

They don't care the consequences

Even the call of home

The promises of gold

Of the pirates hopping to the mainland
Leaving the island open for others

The day the ship set sail
The omen of poor judgement prevail
Gunning for the pot of gold
Where evil dwells to take souls

The quiet life in Pangkor
Tourists flock in to sunbathing
Romance on the secluded beach
Life running quietly through

Yet the pirates want more
The wealth on the island
Limited to a few
No power to call

The pirates better return
On the mainland isn't the pot of gold
It is on the island where tourists arrived
Splashing money for services rendered

Will the pirates listen?

The bargaining of longetivity
The throne for personal gain
The people let them play their games

The ring leader
And his band of thieves
Hours of transformation
Hiding their true colors

The mainlanders know the plot
Send messages through internet
Fast and furious it flows
The final assault for rights of freedom

The uniform actors
Promising handouts swift action
Blocking roads on flimsy excuses
The stage is set
The confrontation shall begin
On May 7 the cannons fire

the illegals

Hear me! Hear me!
“I am the pirate
Taking control of the State”
As Zombie stands on the traffic light
Commanding all to watch his antics

“The landlord has given his consent
I have been given the authority
To take charge of this land”
The traffic light turning green
The motor vehicles revving him by

Zombie looks bewildered
As his claim nobody gives him a minute
The pirate has no business running the State
He is better off in his hide out
Counting his illegal marbles
On the island whence he came

Now he wants a party
On May 7 saying protection is free
In his mind he knows nothing
What the people will do

People may wear black
To symbolize the illegal entry
Of the pirates into the land

1Malaysia. People first. Performance now
The PR slogan perception tell a sad story
Don't get fooled people
It isn't happening right now!

freedom

Freedom by forzäNtonio
Freedom by forzäNtonio

Freedom
The wealth of been
The way you want it
Nothing to worry

Like the wind
Breezing caressing through
Obstacles knocking it off
The leaves waving
Mesmerizing eyes

The care free ways
Every part of it
Telling the truth
Hurt but it is free

The ocean waves
Crossing to the shore
Knock off debris
It is freedom the way

The sun great rays
Hitting up everybody should say
“I am the truth
Don't run away”

The moon shines
The glorious golden light
Nobody can take it away
The freedom sparkling in the sky

The natural
It is what we should learn
In racial politics
Freedom dies....
It is our folly
Letting the government
Taking us for rides

the pirates must go home

lanun ni...ganas by abuziyad08
lanun ni...ganas by abuziyad08

The pirates dig
They think nobody sees
Landing on the back doors
Of the Silver Palace

Gifts of gold, diamonds, rubies
Money and projects...........
The Silver Palace
Let them play

Outside the fence
The people gathered
They smell the air
It doesn't breathe good

The soul of the State
The Silver shines no more
The gate had broken
The guard got his share

The pirates changed
Into leaders of the State
The people protests
They thumbed noses
“Look at us
We are the kings on the streets”

The people stared at them
They don't want to make them rule
They wait for an opportunity
When they are so drunk
The people will strike

The ring leader
Breathing his new found power
Giving double talk..........
Never realizes he contradicts himself
The people watch
Gathering storm to hit back
We will see
When the day falls
The pirates must go home

the pirates of pangkor

Pirate AmyJo (EXPLORE) by WayOutTexas
Pirate AmyJo (EXPLORE) by WayOutTexas

The pirates of Pangkor
Bring along the brand
Planted on the ground
The land the newly minted leader wants
“Heil the chief!”

Perakians ignore him
And his gang he brought in
Telling him in so many ways
He never gets his dues

He walks on the streets
Throwing gifts openly
Taking some without telling
The cronies jump into the wagon

Women, wine and songs
Intoxication brings no comfort
For the people ignore it
They don't need his services

He walks with fearful eyes
Thinking Perakians will whack him away
On his ship anchors he tries to see
The future is bleak yet he wants his glory
The power and wealth he can get

Tun Perak standing his way
Pushing him go back to sea
The land isn't belonging to him
It is the people who will defend it

The pirates of Pangkor
Set sail eyes full of hate
Yet the body feels the fear
The wrath of the people
He better saves his skin

until it is legally established

The Perak State Assembly will be convened
By the Zombie and his gang
The melting pot of gold
Bubbling high waiting to glow
The shadows lurk
Perakians will not know
The pirates from Pangkor
What they will do
Only the state speaker stands their way
The final post Perakians rooted for it
The speaker has the power in the assembly
To deny these pirates they should sail away
The goons of Albino
The costumed stage actors will block entance
Set up ticket booths for parade
Perakians have no say
The dark valley sits
Judgement against the FC
Albino thought it won
It is a long way from home
The state speaker must deny
Reject the motions adjourned the assembly
Until it is legally established
The chair to rule the State

the black knight

Black Knight by Liqueur Felix
Black Knight by Liqueur Felix

The black knight roams
Into areas to drum up support
Visiting neighboring countries
Asking for business both ways

He left his black marks behind
In the Silver State he closed one eye
He made it through the illegal backdoors
Now he passed it over to his horse boy

The black knight geared up his PR campaigns
Walking on the streets full of bodyguards
Smiling his way waving his hands
He can't fool people on the streets

Taking LRT like the city folks
Talking and giving statements
As if he just came out from the coconut shell
Doesn't he know the problems living so long in KL?

The black knight thinks he knows
Hiding all the while now he gets his chance
Yet the baggages he carries on his shoulder
He better takes it off one by one
Before he gets drown

The crisis in Perak
He has no time to see
He walks about hoping it goes away
No sir the ball has taken flight
Another heavy load to sink him

The heavy loads
He has no way to go
Dragging it in and out
He thinks people don't see

The news has traveled
Into every part of the country
The black knight knows.....
He has a short term
So he is in a hurry
To get what he wants
Before the wall collapses around him

only the memory

Ride with Memories by CPLandArch
Ride with Memories by CPLandArch

Kampong life
City and urban delight
Leaving it far behind
Turning into city sleekers
The neon lights
The buzz of life
The power game
Of Brutus and his ways
The dark alleys
And the way life changes
The easy going stroll
Of kampong life no more
Into the thrust of the city
The good values almost disappear
Wealth and materialistic display
Always trying to outbeat others
In the game of power wealth
The neighborly spirit decay
The crying of lost opportunities
Selling souls and forgetting values
The kampong life has gone
The city hardened people
Only wealth and power display
The whirring sound
Of kampong delight just a memory
The chirping birds and domestic animals
It will be a thing of the past

the breakdown of family unit

Sunset at Port Klang, Malaysia (Explore 30th June 2007) by Ibnu Yusuf

Sunset at Port Klang, Selangor by Ibnu Yusuf

The breakdown of family unit
As progress and materialistic desire rule
Friendship and values in the back seat
Living it there as members go for wealth and security

The unity in the family
Disorganised leaving to the older generations
Curving out what is left of it
For tomorrow hardly any one can predict

Broken families
It can be rich and poor
It has no rules
It captures all
Greed, power and misery

We know the rules
We suffer for our needs
Forgetting the foundations
Back to where you were raised

The social networks
Bridging it yet it fails
For when the foundation is broken
It has to be mended

We go for short cuts
Money for services
Watch TV
Communication blowing like the breeze

We don't listen
We think of wealth
How to make life easy
For family unit
It is a stage to play

one shouldn't forget

village sunset by sherrieberrie84
village sunset klang by sherrieberrie84

It will come a time
The children have to leave home
Into the future
Of course never forget the root

Back home
A place growing up
Remembering some childhood pranks
And friends, relatives and neighbors

Yet life isn't moulded this way
You have to spread your wings
Flying to where you make your day
Though don't forget your root
It is where you came

Of course one shouldn't forget parents
In older age knowing the eyes grey
Hardship and labor lines on foreheads
Hands plough the field counting the years
Visit as you as like with passion....
Otherwise give a call pray for them
For good health seeing family multiply

I know what it feels like
Going home isn't what it would be
I lived in a kampong life those years long gone
I enjoyed it while it last now only memories

I had traveled on working
K.L. Pahang, Kedah, Johore, Penang, and Langkawi
I hardly gone home though I dont find it any more
The olden days had gone muchrooming houses and complexes
Crushing the old theme rising up the modern rays

Klang Valley is such a congested and traffic jamming scenes
I hardly like to drive down visiting home................
It is never the same any more
So I plonk myself in Perak
Less traffic easy to live life

Yet in my mind
I never forget the kampong I came
The footprints I had though now in memories
My mother a bit cranky on old age
Well...this is life!

the magic

Brewing Storm by awe2020
Brewing Storm by awe2020

Labor Day
The long holidays
For me I am every day
Clicking away
I can't forget
The origin of where I came
Hardship learned at a young age
Knowing not what future hold for me
Maybe God is kind
Helping me all the way
Now I know hard work
Without God grace is nothing
Every one we meet
Be kind be helpful
When we return
We will meet again
Fortunes change
Life too....dont forget!
The con job
The Bee Anne always do
NEP to fool the others
Implementation strictly to one race
Later it changed to DEP
The same pursuits without changes
Now 27 sectors
No more 30% ruling
It isnt in the Constitution
It is Bee Anne con job
Hear and read praises
The coalition partners dance to the tune
Even business CEOs singing
Don't they realize it is another con job?
No deja vue of Tun Razak?
I sit and watch
The drama unfolds on stage
The actors and actresses
Waving and smiling
Eyes sparkling magic flow
The audience spellbound
Never know in the end
It is magic one more time!

tremor in pangkor island

Pangkor Island by William Cheng C C
Pangkor Island by William Cheng C C

Tremor in Pangkor
Though it is minor
It says something else
Zombie lies no truth
The hitting waves
Trying his best to crush the spirit
Of Perakians who don't accept him
The illegal MB no shame in his eyes
Strutting his ways
Showing off his power game
Though he spins with his gang
Zombie knows his term is at end
Camry going for auction
Wasting tax payers' money
He doesn't care..........
Only 3 months he wants to do it
The back door grab of power
Perakians say it loud and clear
“We don't want you
We want you to get lost
Out of our way
It isn't democracy”
He is digging deeper
In the State Assembly he will know
The Speaker will cage him and his gang
Zombie will sink into the deep end
Of voters wrath and unhappiness
Now the tremor in Pangkor
The island where Zombie came
Now he should realize
God has sent him a message
“Clear out and be good
Let the Perakians decide
The fate of state
Which party they want to represent”
