The government should allow
As you suggested at least one local government election
It brings many cheers to the people

As a corporate perfectionist before
He shouldn't forget about promises
During the March 8 election

Test it in one local government

Let the people feel wanted in the process
Promises must be kept by the politicians
Else they will become history in the next poll
