The rain falling
Sometimes it is like music
The drumbeats on the roof tiles
The falling gong on the ground
When the weather is hot
The rain falling a welcoming sign
The temperature falling
The cooling flow all around
Then on the low lying areas
The rising tides and rivers flow
The water reaching up to road levels
The villages preparing for the worst
The flash floods in the cities
The poor drainage systems installed
The attitude of the people living
The water rises the ugly truth becomes
The water bed of deaths
It always claims lives
They are people who never learn
They think it is fun to play in the flood
When the rain keeps falling
It can bring cooling effect
It can bring floods and deaths
For Nature is blind
