dogs snarling in the open
“Don't
try to chase us
We
will bite you
If
you don't give it our way”
The
dog catchers in blue
They
just stand there watching
If
you ask them why....
“There
is no order from the top”
The
concerned parties stand together
Facing
the snarling dogs with dignity and grace
“Look
here doggie and listen to us
We
are giving you food and you don't like it?”
The
barking of patience
The
ugly faces appear instead
Trying
to create fear and rule
The
dog catchers just stand and watch
