Judges in Malaysia

They shouldn't be simply promoted

When they do not earn it

We can't use seniority as a base

We need judges who are competent

In delivery judgement and written report

We don't need judges who want to carry balls

Though in PR exercise it has its merits

We should bring back trial by jury in HC

We can't have a sole judge to decide a case

There is always an element of lack of partiality

When there seems to be undue pressures

Complaints about judges

Nothing come to the public

It is either kept it or hushed it up

Everything will stay normal as before

We respect the judges

They must show respect to the people

Because they are paid by the taxpayers

To deliver judgement promptly and fair
