the unfair distribution of needs

The wind still blowing

The constant direction of its flow

It doesn't seem to change course

As if there is no worry about a fall

Year in year out

The increasing load to blow

Without a reason to stop

Leaving a trail of bad flow

The wind will keep puffing

Carrying the heavy load

The taxpayers will cry

Watching the unfair distribution

The lack of commitment

Rewards are given

Every year like clock-work

The wind will carry it through

The deadwork and debris

The waving dead leaves still can dance

Waving slowly floating with its rhythm

Until finally settle down on the ground for tea

The wind still blowing

Carrying the heavy load

The tax payers will cry

The unfair distribution of needs
