In our lives we are pressed to think over

The arena of politics hanging over our heads

Like it or not politics will play a role in our lives

Can we believe the politicians?

We should see their actions on the ground

Listening to their words of promises

We can be cheated in our votes

The politicians must have a track record

Of performance to help their constituencies

In the August House when debate on bills

Bring up issues for the general public consumption

The politicians are actors on stage

They are good at it by training or exposure

They will know how to say to each audience

Like the Renaissance man in his oratory skill

Can we believe the politicians?

They are the actors performing their craft

We can give applause but don't forget
