With economic might they can perform
The good and bad ways of business
The law will say
Nobody is above the law
In reality it is the connection and favors
Where the law can be bent to connection will
The ordinary folks may not see all
The game of the rich and powerful
They can escape the law
If they have conducted illegally
The rich and powerful
They aren't afraid of the law
It is the enforcement officers
They will give them the back-doors
