The way we live and consume
It will decide how long we will live
In this world we live and share
With the colorful rainbow in our eyes
The health researchers will say
We can live right up to 120 years
We shouldn't short-changed ourselves
Living up to our life expectation
Yet many will disappear
Even before they can reach that milestone
Many will succumb to diseases
The lack of immunity in our bodies systems
Many don't drink enough water
Many don't consume healthy food
We will be knock out by our folly
Even as young as 25 years old have ED issues
We have to change our ways
We can't be poisoning our bodies
If we want to live up to 120 years
It is our right to reach the milestone
