Respect is earned
It isn't through force or demand
A leader should recognize it
If it is by threat it will not last
The kings and emperors
Of the ancient kingdoms of the past
They demanded respect from the people
The people came out to support in fear
The kings and emperors
They dynasty didn't last at all
Eventually they were overthrowned
Including family members and relatives
When people rise against tyrants
The outcome will be in the know
The power of people who will decide
The way for the nation and beyond
The leaders should recognize
Do your good deeds without demands
The good show will earn respect
Without any threat or force to obey
