You must be cruel to be kind
You can't be a softie
Others will bully you instead
In schools you observe
How the big bully behave
He is aggressive and intimidating
The other children will timidly obey
Though the parents know
The children will go home and complain
The parents will say learn to live with it
“You are a softie learn to be tough”
In business world
You live to be tough and cruel
You want to stay on top
You will not tolerate incompedtency
Many nick names will be pushed around
The employees will put up with you
Knowing they need their jobs to survive
You can be cruel but profits count and benefits shared
In life
Nothing stay nice
There will traffic jams
There will be divisions and back-stabbings
