The black and light yellow crawlies
It comes out from nowhere
Once it was from the black soil
The seller didn't bother to tell
The pest controller managed to contain it
For a few years nothing came to the garden
Now the black and light yellow crawlies
“Hah! You think you can take us away?”
In the morning rays of the sun
These crawling creatures come a calling
Other houses don't want to hang around
It's in my house the crawlies stayed
The scissor out to cut them away
The stench will chase the birds
Yet the crawlies come again
Until I have to summon the pest control
It may not kill all of them
By nature it will multiply quickly
Some say they are seasonal insects
Now I have to check every morning
