The
ferry terminal
The
people mingle around
The
night stars shining
The
bright lights blossom
The
shopping stalls
The
needs for tourists and locals
The
taxi drivers and illegal operators
They
hang around to pick up passegers
The
fast food outlets
The
ice cream parlour
The
sundry shops abound
The
convenience for the people
The
man with his small beg on his shoulder
He
moves to the fast food outlet ordering his drink
Taking
a slow sip eyes peeling the crowd
He
can't see anybody he knows..
The
ferry boat arrive
Anchoring
at the ferry terminal
The
locals and tourists landed
Walking
briskly to the arrival hall
The
man looks up
His
eyes surveying the crowd
The
taxi and illegal drivers
Pestering
for their services
The
man gets up and stand around
Looking
for the woman he hopes she will come
The
same action and routines in his mind
She
will not come for him when the night sleeps
