The darkness seems to block

Every time we open our eyes

We don't see the light in our days

The haze never go away

It hangs there a testimony of bad

Live among our neighbours

Of greed and corruption we suffer

It can't carry on like that

Tomorrow is still waiting for us

Will there be light?

In our minds to the future bright?

The suffering will knock us off

When we are weak in our souls and minds

By the time it hits us squarely

Who do we blame but ourselves?

We have to change

The sleeping government too

We can't be seeing the old stage every day
