there is always a motive

There is always a motive to kill
Taking a life isn't just a random thing
For a judge to say otherwise
It rings hollow on his judgement

A country goes to war
There is a motive for it
Oil or land grab or vendetta or economy
Of the political leaders to mark

To take a life without motive?
There is the money to make
To keep silence of what is known
A motive can be many flows

You can't solve a problem
Without understanding the first part
Trying to ignore it and bring in the second
It doesn't create the whole of an issue

When a judgement reels otherwise
It tells of covering up or pandering to hidden hands
Hiding the truth but giving half truth
It never stands the test of time
