Wake
up in the morning
Before
the sun takes its cue
I
hear the motorists roar
In
the morning breezes
In
the nearby surrounding
The
dogs keep barking
Of
imaginary intruders maybe
Or
strangers passing by
I
listen to the sound
The
cats will meow
But
the motorists will drive by
Rushing
to work or opening stalls
The
lights on the streets
The
brightness in the dark
The
dogs will bark
Maybe
of ghosts who knows?
The
morning of cooling breezes
It
marks the day slowly blooming
On
the sky the emerging light
The
day will begin a trial to live
