They hide behind curtains

We only hear of runners

They are the ones always caught in the net

On paper as if the authorities have done something

The truth is the big crooks gone free

We hear of massive monies outflow

We hear of many monies leakages

But we don't hear the culprits get caught

We always hear it is under investigations

But where are the monies gone?

There is no simple answer to the fore

It is as if the golfer putts his ball

It never drops to the flag hole

The caddie looks

The golfer asks
