the forest they could live

little they realize

ghosts in the forest

search parties couldn't find
Where
had they gone?
Until
somebody found a dead girl
Slowly
the search
Two
were found alive
Now
in hospital recovering
From
the days they nearly died
Some
said it was the forest spirits
Blanket
out their scents and images
They
were around a short distance from school
And
yet nobody could locate the girls

spirit will imitate
