Yesterday
we have match stick bodies
How
we want to put in weight but fail?
When
we were young we burned out quick
Only
in later years we put in the baggage
When
we turn the pages of our photo albums
We
knew we couldn't get back in shape
The
years of work and inactive exercise take its toll
Our
bodies piled in the extra weight
It is
like a thief slowly creeping in
Open
the window or back door
Without
making a noise or whatever
When
we wake up we find ourselves
The
pounds lingering at the wrong places
We
stare at ourselves in the mirrors
“Yelp
what happened to us?”
“We
have become lazy!”
Now
we look at the young
They
become like us in quick times
They
eat all kinds of junk food
They
grow faster at the wrong places
Obesity
in the young
It
has become a huge problem
The
parents should stay aware
It
will cost a plenty in monies
