The
stray dogs on the road
The
big and small running around
Like
the Ronins of the samurai heydays
No
master or owner to claim
The
town councils sit in the office
They
don't plan a day in a week or month
Go
out to round up the stray dogs
They
rather glue into playing games
Even
when they walk around in the market
They
see the stray dogs running
There
is no action to round them up
They
sit enjoy their morning breakfast
Today
a woman brings food
Under
the shades of trees she feeds
The
many stray dogs running to her
It is
to get good karma I suppose
But
stray dogs bring disease
The
unkempt dogs running loose
The
town councils should round up often
Don't
sit in the office waiting for complaints
