low yat 2

Mara digital mall
Carved out on an incident
The dominant party racist view
Taxpayers monies used to build
To cater for a race to do business
Back then in 2015

The monopoly of a single supplier
The traders can't play with prices
With the stiff competition in ICT
It is just a time the traders will lose

In the beginning the boastful result
The business ran a bit high on the step
In time it has to drop back to the ground
The sales slump; the patrons decline

In 2017 the sales reportedly slump
The traders can't compete economically
They see less patrons coming in
They see the poor sales

It is better to open up Low Yat 2
To the other races to attract the crowd
Let in more suppliers to compete
Ultimately the traders and customers benefit

As it is now
The sign will tell
The economy of scale
Mara digital mall can't survive
