Don’t tell me
goodnight
The night hasn’t
gone yet
There are still
many to do
There is no
reason to go away
Look at the neon
lights
The shining
bright in the night sky
There is no
reason to say goodnight
The night is
still young in the eyes
Walk down the
road
All the hawkers’
stalls doing it
The roaring
business and monies exchange
There is no
reason to say goodnight
In the dark
lanes of dim light
The magic of
smoke in the air
The pattern of
life in the night
Where habits
hard to die
Stand by the traffic
lights
The midnight
bling in the eyes
The Casanovas
with pretty women
So eager to get
to the moon of night
So, don’t tell
me goodnight
Until I have
seen and watched
The way of the
dark angels
Looking for
preys to sell their wares
Look at the neon
lights
The shining
bright in the night sky
Don’t tell me
goodnight
The night hasn’t
gone yet
