When a child cries or showing temper
Do not bribe the child but show him the cane
It will help him to understand his role
The limitations he can push his luck
Once the parents or grandparents give way
It will show the child he can manipulate his needs
He will get it because the adults want him to stay quiet
So he will feel he has won on his cries and bad temper
The older generations used to say
“Spare the cane spoil the child!”
It will come true when a child turns into adult
He will adopt the method to win support
Like what we have seen
The back door dishing out positions and posts
Because they want the support to stay relevant
The rules and laws will not touch them
Spare the cane

He will learn it the bad way
