The Bar Council challenges house arrest in court
As far as we know the Constitution doesn't provide
Even in law there is no legislation for it
It is good to let the court deliberate
The law is king
We are told many times
Yet when it comes to apply
The law seems to split into low and high
Anyone who commits a crime
The person has to pay in jail in time
There shouldn't be allowances given
Until the person has shown remorse and mend way
The civil society will watch the case
How will the judges deliberate on it?
Has the AG given correct advice on law?
We will hear what the judge will say
