The retirement funds
Many working adults have to plan
The onus should be on themselves
They have to build their own nest eggs
Without a firm financial footing
Life without sufficient funding
It will be a crying in old age
As supporting children may not assist
Those in the sandwich families
Financially they can't save much
They have to depend on compulsory contribution
To assist them in their golden years
Even planning to buy home or education
It has to tie it with their working life
Leaving them without sufficient funding for old age
But filial piety still plays a role
Helping aging parents to live well
So it will be a cycle their own children should help
When they too are old in later years
The retirement funds
Many will be caught in old age
Because not many can save
They will have to depend on their children for support
