They shouldn't allow jumping queue
Each inmate has to strictly follow the rules
Otherwise such inmates shouldn't be considered

They must show remorse on their actions
Set a good example and behavior
No demand for special treatment
Lately it seemed the rules bend backward
Allowing an inmate who shows no remorse
Even setting a good behavior isn't in his time
Yet his name was submitted to try a second round
The Pardon Board deferred this inmate request
He has to finish his term in prison
He mustn't be allowed to jump queue again
Those officials involved should be punished too
