karpal you arent alone

YB Karpal Singh
When one dares to voice it
Stand on it and be damned whatever!
So don’t feel lonely when others don’t say
It is the political situation
saying less doesn’t mean no support

This is a pragmatic silence
Don’t let BN use it to its advantage
UMNO has lost its clout; trying every means to stay alive
The cracks on the wall; they just refuse to see it

So Karpal got 20 police reports
I believe by UMNO goons and sympathizers
Catching on the wagon to silent Karpal
And indirectly trying to destabilize PR

This is the trick………
Pakatan Rakyat works out silently
Let UMNO thinks Karpal sits alone
Navigating his ship on the sea
A good commander doesn’t show all his cards
He uses it when the time is right

Karpal feels the hot seat
PM wants him charged….
Directing the AG to speed on it
So what will happen to Abdullah?
He sits on the same boat as Karpal

Karpal…..you aren’t alone
Let the Black Knights come
Gathered them up one by one
Like the Red Indians knocked off General Custer
Right on the spot
You wanted them to hang out…….

In Holy Quran it records
“A word of justice uttered before an unjust ruler
Is the greatest of jihad(holy war)”
So YB sails your ship
Let UMNO leaders play
Into the whirlpool waiting for them

the frogs eager to jump now

borrowed www.flickr.com(flip out)

The frogs inching closer to the land
Looking for a sign before they leap to glorious sound
Of them helping the country to stop the rotten leaders
Depleting the country’s wealth
And the double standard fare
Ordered by those walking on the corridors of power

The UMNO leaders try
Asking Police for the last lap of honor
You see them doing the bidding
IN BMC saga and Penang Island

Using Sedition Act 1948
A piece of legislation of the British Empire
UMNO condemned the colonial past administration
Yet the leaders in government keep this Act

The Police used it on RPK
The prominent blogger of Malaysia Today
In a way the government wants to silence others
And on the other hand inviting bloggers on TV1

UMNO/BN leaders play
The game of deception
In their own backyard they keep quiet
Rubbish piling up stinking like hell

So I welcome the frogs
Turn them into princes what’s wrong with it?
As long as it achieves its purpose
Bury the corrupted leaders
Start a new page for the country
And the freedom for her people

ns programme - let it go

Image Preview

NS programs and the billion reign
For the cronies of the UMNOBN
It isn’t hard not to see
When so many deaths piling up
As statistic pinning on the white wall

Najib says it is hard to scrap the programs
Too many commitments for the crony links
It is all about the gravy train, isn’t it?
It isn’t about the teaching the young
Be the upright citizens one day

The deaths in his soul
The way he has drown his own
The program from the beginning
It was badly managed and supervised
As I could recall on the reports in the newspapers

The programs do it in the schools
On the school breaks no disturbance of classes
The army personnel can show them a thing or two
The parents will not hide their heartaches
Seeing loved ones out of their sight

How many deaths will soil his hands before he wakes up?
How many cries ringing in the night will UMNOBN realize?
To me NS program should be shelved…………………….
It brings no good cheers
Only to the cronies of the UMNOBN
It is money – the pot of gold after the rainbow

The death will come
Money blinded the leaders’ minds
Until the frogs decide to make a stand
Then there will be changed……………

look into the mirror, p.i.g?

Criminals free
Thieves and kidnappers roam
Day light robberies on innocent victims
And the Police say not enough personnel
To fight crimes in the country

In one electric switch
The Police march on the protestors
PIG never says short of hands
They go marching
Forgetting the people
Allowing them jobs to do
Through their taxes
Yet these people get short-changed

When UMNO goons marched and shouted
Nothing the Police did at all
Let the UMNO goons and leaders
In Penang Island walked arrogantly along

Now when people demonstrated peacefully
Asking for fair treatment on ISA detainees
The full Police force came to arrest and detain
Just like BMC saga
The double standard falling through and through

The Police better think
You don’t go taking orders from the political leaders
They are elected by the people
For the people and country

You are there to protect the people
Through their taxes they pay you for doing your job
It is just plain ironic that you bite the hands feeding you
So go look into the mirror
Tell us what you see, really see into the future?

'beggar' ministers 'beggar' party

borrowed www.flickr.com(Marin Ujlaki)

‘Beggar’ ministers
Finally LKY said it loud and clear

The component parties in BN
The leaders aren’t treated equally
All along people know about it
It is them ignoring the signs

Now LKY brought it home
The party like MCA, MIC, PPP and others
They are just there to make the numbers
The parties aren’t welcome to eat the same cake
As Ali Rustam said in PPP convention in Malacca
“UMNO doesn’t need them to survive”

Ong Ka Ting too has become more vocal
In fighting for the party survival
It is time OKT and LKY to forget race base party
It is time to go multi-racial and join PKR

Race base parties nearly wiped out in GE12
The warning sign blasted in their minds
These leaders must think through positively
For when GE13 arrives
They can say goodbye……….

Do it now
For the country and her people
UMNO will sink like the Titanic
You better get out before it pulls you in
Into the water darkness bury it for centuries

So all the ‘beggar’ ministers
Jump ship now and save your party humiliation
Leave the Titanic before it is too late
For the people have spoken

arrogance betrays trust

In 1987 UMNO rally
Banners were raised
Slogans seditious in nature
The youth chief soaked it in

The bogeyman oh the Chinese
Always the brunt of UMNO
When talking about sharing of wealth
In the economic pie

Najib should answer
Today of what he said 20 years ago
Has he forgotten about it?
The youth of the time
Now the aged and wise politician

Yet the baggage he carries
It is heavy now though he never said
The truth will always set one free
Into the light……….

Operation Lallang hundreds were rounded up
Najib escaped the dragnet…………….
Did he learn when Dr M let him go?
Others spent time in detention

UMNO died in the same year
Quickly it was set up as UMNO Baru
So the old baggage got carried through
Choking the party all the way

The arrogant of the UMNO leaders
They don’t learn even till today
They still talk about the glorious years
They don’t mentioned warmly about other races
Knitting together to march forward
Getting independence and a new nation is born

may 13, 1969

May 13, 1969
The darkest hour people wanted to forget
The black spot in the country’s history
Of politicians and parties

The losers couldn’t take it
The winners wanted to celebrate
Touting the wishes of many
The backlashes of the losers
It ruined the harmonious existence
Of the multi-racial people

The horning of victories marches
The eagerness to show the triumph
In a way the losers couldn’t take it
The mental illness erupted blood sunk the ground
The politicians and parties
Forgot about racial harmony

Gunshots in the darkness
People used arms to patrol housing areas
Eyes always on the look out
On the bad elements on the opportunities abound
On May 13, 1969
At least a thousand died
They forgot they were Malaysians
The Police, the Army and the people
Locked horns many perished that day

It was a sad history
Nobody wanted to go in again
The politicians and parties
Make this country proud with her heritage
Of the harmonious living many races
Stitched together in one vision
Malaysia is the home of many

39 years of history
The black spot in the country’s streets
Politicians and parties
Don’t think on the narrow minded issues
This is the country
All races should live happily

liberty on the line

borrowed www.flickr.com(silent shot)

Liberty on the cross-road
BN says one thing doing the other
The people should take cognizant of it
In negotiations it gives a little take back a lot

You think the government staying quiet
Dishing out with air time for bloggers
Then the BN leaders will take action
Quietly as one by one is identified

First RPK
Who will be next on the line?
Intimidation is subtlety used
The government wants to break it down

Sending signals people think it is true
Playing mind games behind the facades
Karpal Singh under police probe
All because he said about legality
On the Rulers roles in state administration
On the behest of the sleeping beauty

So UMNO lackeys go police report
When it is their own kind they don’t say
They just pretend to forget…………
It was in Terengganu and Perlis
Nothing traumatic came only silence blew away

Liberty on the line
The Police make arrests many detained
In Cheras and Penang
About toll, Hindraf and ISA

The waves aren’t finished yet
Rumors about frogs leaping
Come Wednesday something hot in brewing
The plan is laid the change begins to take shape
Liberty will sing in peoples’ hearts
And the bell will ring….

hell is the mind games

Hell is the mind games
The powerful will try to play
Enactment through courtesy of laws
Imprisonment those who dare to defy

OSA and ISA
The twin pillars to strike fear
Don’t forget about other draconian laws
BN wants the gravy train
And nobody should derail it

When the subject isn’t flowing
Into their minds for enlightenment
Out come the bad horse
The Sedition Act of 1948

The galloping by the horse-owner
The needs of power in the hands
There shouldn’t be any obstacle
The line of selective persecution draws
The double standard never applies
To the leaders unleashing the bad horse

So what do we get?
They don’t learn their lessons well
They are still arrogant as hell
The light will not dim so easily
They don’t care; they will go for their last rites
Bleeding the people and pushing the gravy train

UMNOBN will be in ruins
Of its soul of hell comes to claim
Telling the truth is so difficult
It never sees the light
They are hell-bound to self disintegrate

the cheras wall

Police so damn busy
Helping the political masters
Leaving the people helpless
Bang the robbers come to invade

Police allegiance
On the wrong side of the law
Doesn’t the PIG understand it?
It is people his responsibilities lay

I remembered many decades ago
When I was knifed in the cinema
Many commotions was sounded
I managed to escape with 6 stitches

When I went to make my police report
The woman officer just told me off
As if I was the guilty party
She didn’t show any sympathy to me

Later my brother rounded up his gangster friends
To find the guys who did it to me
I walked around in Klang that day
I didn’t see the persons

So I always show sympathy to people
When they are robbed and knifed…..
And I wonder where the Police are
Hiring out or bidding to someone barking orders
Leaving the streets the target of the hoodlums
There are so many now even in broad day light

Like the Cheras wall
Why police go after the people?
It is the company erecting the concrete wall
On a state land on the road traffic
The Police should catch the company directors
And Senior Managers for not showing community compassion

Is this the way Police go after the people?
Water cannon and tear gas on the helpless
People remember…………..
For the wrongs will be condemned
Only the right approaches will bring harmonious living
In the country of multi-racial people

the wealth of a pen

On paper millions and billions make
For the crony he just comes and sings his song
When the actualization is contracted
He is overnight sensation…………
Courtesy of the BN government

Pen is mightier than the sword
It is drumming to our heads decades ago
One doesn’t have to sweat it out
With a pen, draw a line and sign on it
There is the pot of shining gold
At the end of the rainbow

And the people waiting on the line
Under the hot sun sweating out
Trying hard to make end meets
While connected people sweep the awards

The investigations must be carried out
To stop the rot seeping into the country
Let the people know the truth
There is no place for corrupted officials
And leaders playing behind the scene roles

the changing wind

Changing skin
Only for the time being
When the shouts of change
Let it be said

The liberal outlook
For the press freedom
Even for bloggers
There must walk the talk

Will change come?
Is it buying time?
The marching penguins
Drumming the streets
Into the living rooms
The changing wind
People talk about it

The façades breaking down
Else the ruling elite won’t whisper
The changing wind
The course will be heard
Providing walk the talk

It will happen
The croaking ringing loud and clear
The parading soldiers changing guards
A new body comes out of age
So the changing wind says
A new beat; a new song to sing
For the people for the country

dont stop rolling it

We have exercise our democratic rights
In writing it sharing through cyber-space
Let no government leaders think we are stupid
People who have nothing else to do………….

They think it is so easy to write
Sitting in front of the PC or notebook
Conjuring magic with a blink of an eye?
No Sir……………it is hard work in the mind!

We may land ourselves into the arm of the laws
The depressing legislations made by our representatives
Lying through their teeth pocketing wealth
We are left with the sour taste in our mouth
And the anger in our minds…………….
The ruling government just smiles and walks away

“Who are you telling us what to do?
We have the power in our hands
You have nothing wait for 5 years
Then you can decide……………”

One of us landed in sedition
Believing his rights to express
RPK the man and the folk hero
Walking tall amongst bloggers

The fund quickly flowing
In a few hours money collected
Now RPK wants it to defend others
Using the money to pay…………

It is best it should continue
The deceptive government shall not stop there
Let’s start the ball rolling
Give the fund sufficient energy to fight
For others who may land into the pit

he is out the fun will begin again

He is out
Not for revenge
It is about fight for rights
And the corruption and deception lie

RPK
He walks tall
He is the Man
Writing his expose
Middle finger to the authority

The running dogs
Barking between the tails
Yet the eyes look fierce
Give the dogs bones
They keep quiet so suddenly

The road of pursuing liberty
It is always fought with obstacles
The bloggers will unleash
With words to check mate the government
Until the leaders change for the better
For the people and country

a legend is born today

RPK cAme
He took it away
Dare to tell
RPK C4 Me

He stands tall
The Kojak I call
Walking amongst the crowd
A royalty who shares and cares
The people and the country
He doesn’t care what happen to him

The shining head
The sun smiles proudly
A son to the nation
A man fights for his believes
The freedom like the wind

The government leaders
They want to whip
Isolate him if they can
Let him be a lesson to others
Don’t disturb the hornet’s nest

The truth is
The legend is born today
Like his ancestors of the past
The Bugis came, conquered and settled down

RPK will fight it through
For a better place for the people
And you, me and the rest
The wind flowing into all of us
Together we fight for our rights
For a better flow in our liberty

let the liberty flow

Will there be total freedom?
When religion springs to life?
Words of ancient caught up in time
Changes must flow for a progressive nation

Though Allah/God words
Wrote it down thousands years ago
Yet why there are frictions still?
Amongst the people of the world

There are many roads to paradise
Open our eyes and see it through
The Lord knows how His children work
He scatters them so no traffic jam
On the journey one takes on the road

Only narrow minded people
Only theirs is the best amongst the lot
Teach them the meaning and the right approaches
Otherwise one can’t punish a student who fails
Because the teacher fails to teach properly

The recent Syariah High Court case in Penang
It isn’t a victory; it is the beginning of a change
The long road to seek the right to profess one’s religion
It is basically between God and the seeker of truth

In Indonesia one can’t find this narrow minded rule
The people there can change as they like it
Without raising a personal problem with the religious authority
Religion is a private promise between a believer and God
And it is up to the person to learn and practice it

Let the liberty flows
Even in religion one professes
Let there be no shackle to impede one’s journey
God/Allah doesn’t want it to happen
He waits for His children
Maybe with His big cane and carrot
Depending on what His children have done
While learning the ropes of good and bad
On Earth – the good and evil of one’s life

when the light shines from the sun

borrowed www.flickr.com(so 90's!)
It is the children’s play
When adults lose their balls
It isn’t in the village days
There is hand-phone and PDA
And the good old fashion
The telephone…………………

One doesn’t need to meet
Video conferencing the modern gadget
Why don’t use it to say?
This is the power play

Just like lovers
In the Bermuda Triangle
Disappear and appear again
Different image subtle drooling
And who will get the gain?

The cookies jars are slowly draining away
Eyes and mind looking for an escape route
The days of fattening cronies
It will soon die quickly

The grumbling on the cracked walls
David Copperfield will do a better job
Disappearing into the concrete divide
Don’t you see it isn’t a secret any more?

The play of words
The frogs in the pond
The cookies jar empty
The hungry greedy souls wait
Be a prince or be a frog?
The world doesn’t sing for them
They have to make the correct decision
For changes will come………..
When the light shines from the sun

hypocrites

The sleeping beauty
He flip-flops again
What he said in Terengganu and Perlis
He is not seditious………..
And the UMNO goons
They kept silence

When Karpal Singh issued statement
On the Perak Sultan………..
Suddenly he got into action
Karpal must be charged with sedition

Karpal only questions on the legality of the law
He didn’t show disrespect to the Perak ruler
He touches on the legality of intervention
And UMNO president thinks otherwise

When the sleeping eyes can’t open
When the mind is groggy up in the head
He doesn’t realize he has become a target
Of his own people to make him look so sloppy
He doesn’t know what he is doing…………

He is dealing with Karpal
A man who knows his law insight out
So let see what the flip-flopping man will do
And see his running hyenas on the prowl
Hungry in their eyes smelling meat in the air

Karpal should give back the same treatment
On the sleeping beauty and his goons
And watch what they will do…………..
Running away or stand to fight……
On similar issue
They said sedition so could Karpal telling them so

barrier up barrier down

bandar mahkota cheras access road aerial view 080508
Barrier up barrier down
This must be sad comedy of people’s life
All because of money
Depriving a citizen right not to pay

And the Police
There are crimes out there
Why help the Grand Saga?
Your duty isn’t with the company
It is to protect the country

Are we seeing Police out for hire?
By big companies with connection to the BN leaders, is it?
Have the Police got nothing else to do?
Since it is on state land………….
The PR state government must have a right of say

The BN will be nailed
The coffin is waiting…..
To take the party
To the ground of darkness

The people anger
They will not forget the unfairness
The arrogance will have no justice
The voices of the people will rise

Let the authority feels superior
A little while bear the pain
And the empty pockets…….
When the frogs turn into princes
Everything will be changed

i pray she has her atonement

Who give the order to kill?
The chain of command never delegates
It has to be………………
Only the AG opens his eyes

Every angle must be looked at
Here it is selective investigation
Leaving the chain of command intact
Nobody dares to ask…………

Who give the order to kill?
The poor woman never knew
The life she shared came to naught
On a soil she hardly knew

The Dark Knight(s)
Basking in the lime light
Ignoring the laws of engagement
Let the people whine and cry

Will the story be told?
Who give the order to kill?
The crux of the matter
Why no subpoena issued?

Who give the order to kill?
The poor woman of a foreign land
She came with high hopes and dreams
It shattered into pieces
On the soil she hardly knew

I pray she has her atonement
On the days she searches for her truth
Let there be somewhere a conscious stirring
The truth will set her free……………..

liberty light of the soul

borrowed www.flickr.com(Cayusa)

Liberty like the falling rain
From the sky it seeps through the ground
Flowing deeper then meander through
Out to the rivers streams and oceans

Then the cycle repeats all over
There is no obstacle to halt it flow
Liberty for the people
It isn’t absolute in governing
It is like 20:80 ratios
You always get the short changes

Society can’t live in cages
It needs to flow smoothly
There shouldn’t be any obstacle
It should be free

Liberty conjures magical illusion
It is only in dreams for now it seems
People fight for it……………
Sacrificing time and effort to make it happen

Only the power hungry souls
They put up obstacles all the way
Blocking the way to liberty
The legal stigma of master and slaves

Liberty a hard line to walk
It will be there when kind souls take
When power sharing is a gift
It is a responsibility sharing by all
Liberty then a light of the soul

the candles glow

borrowed www.flickr.com(Anna MR)

The dark clouds can’t hold it longer
The wind blowing its way…….
The rain finally falls
Scattered on the ground
Water seeps underground
Take the dirt and its sorrow
Let the freedom takes flight

The echo of the silent night
The insects too can’t take it any more
The corrupted and no-bone leaders
They dare not walk in the dark

For Kojak will be there
He doesn’t care of the dark night
He wants to fight for freedom and civil liberty
He is willing to go behind bars

Thousand people thousand candles
Light up the dark night glitter in the eyes
Misty tears heart beating as one
For a royalty willing to touch ground
Amongst the commonest people he shares
The night sings his name
He is truly The Man
I can only write in my corner
Saluting RPK wanting to change
The good for the country

Thousand candles glow
In the dark the magic flow
Silent whisper misty tears
Heart of purity believing the good
Let The Lord grants us His grace
To right wrongs all those years

so we will hear

No matter how the BN leaders say
They always never understand their words
They just let it go; believing they are right
Letting others shake their heads
This is unbelievable contradicting statement!

This is peoples’ ‘jihad’
To fight for their rights and civil liberty
No matter how many will be charged
The truth will prevail…………….
Just remember Mahatma Ghandi

The Black Knights always horsing in the night
The day light they can’t think straight in the sun
It is the heat making them ill
So we hear the tail statements
Each contradicting each other
They step into the hole shit
Yelling at each other’s weaknesses

So we will hear
The story of the cracking up party
Until the frogs jumping to the land
Let them frolic for a little longer

finally an audit

So finally an audit
This must be a good sign to unearth unethical transactions
Of the previous BN state government
This is the normal procedure
When a new person takes the administration
It must be clean and seen to be clean
So that the new page can be used
To start a new chapter for the state

We had heard so many cases of land short changed
Where owners suddenly found they lost their land
We also heard about shares transactions
With state listed companies
And about contracts to favored contractors
All these to get into the gravy train

Let the independent auditors go with fine combs
Unearth the unethical methods used……….
The finding must be published
And get those involved to dance with the music
Let them bear hug in prison eventually
Let them stay behind the iron grilled for ages

The people want to know
Dig up the dirt on the side
And don’t forget to manage the day to day affairs
The business of the state must run
So don’t forget the promises
Go and get it done

some people want things in a hurry

Some people want things in a hurry
They don’t understand the new government takes time
To get the house in order before running……….

Don’t these people know about training?
In any game one needs warm exercises
Before one can go out to play the game

BN got over 50 years
Yet many people don’t complain
When Pakatan Rakyat has 2 months now
They start whining about their self interests

Even when you have a new job
You are put into probation for 6 months
Before you can think of doing grandeur projects
You have to learn the ropes so to speak

Likewise any new government taking over
The leaders need time to go through its motion
Before PR leaders can implement the promises
Even learning drivers have to go passing tests
Before they can get their licenses to drive….

So I suggest give them 6 months
By then PR will learn what need to be done
Doing the easy ones first; the hard ones take time
To me it is a fair game………….
Until then I keep my view………….

the frogs are real

borrowed www.flickr.com(cas lad)

The frogs are real
Croaking in the pond
Eyes winking staring
Never tell what they will do

Passersby don’t look
They hurry to seek their glory
The frogs staring at them
Until the shadows disappear

People talk about the frogs
In the cafes, coffershops and mamak stalls
Downing on their teh tarik
“Have you heard the frogs will walk?”

Only the power hungry leaders
They ignore such talk
They don’t believe the frogs will walk
They think they have the power
And the machinery to whet their desires

Oh yeah the frogs turn into princes
Don’t we learn in folklore?
The frogs in the pond
They are real; they are croaking
Some already walking
Others waiting for the final whistle
Then the bad night will be gone

The frogs are real
When the full moon shines
The season of merrymaking arrives
The people sing dancing on the streets

liberty for harmonious living

I know how people felt
About loved ones gone to prison
For crimes against others I understand
For writing about freedom and choices in life
For standing up for the oppressed and cowards
Against the might of uniformed personnel and government

The government leaders talk about press freedom
Allowing civil liberty to flourish in the multi-racial society
Words pulling over peoples’ minds I am afraid
Then the government unleashed its fangs…..

The Black Knights ride
Extracting pound of flesh
For the lords of the dark castle
They want fresh meat all the time

You never know what they do
Treating defenseless people
In the dim dark walls nobody sees
The Black Knights roam freely

People enjoying freedom
They should open their eyes and ears
Listen to the brave ones
Fighting for a cause benefiting the nation

Don’t let the present government
Forgetting your rights under the Constitution
Don’t break your spirit…….
Let the candle burning
For light will make liberty
The freedom of harmonious living

bear the pain for now

borrowed www.flickr.com(Michelle Elise)

In Police lock up
The freedom of choice is gone
I guess the officers won’t think you are a human
More like stray dogs need to beat up

We pay them to work
And we get ourselves matched up
Sometimes you sit down and ponder
It is fair exchange?

The Police should catch the guilty ones
Roaming freely on the streets
Innocent ones they are quick to pick up
The connected persons take ages to arrive

This is the exchange
BN and its cronies will go
Come Sept or early date
The frogs will change into princes

The Police many tricks
You don’t know what the officers do
Only those who had gone in and out
They will tell you stories………..

Bear the pain for now
When the government changes
Something magical must be done
To right the wrongs for many decades
It can be done by fair minded leaders
Thinking of the people at heart

BN makes kojak a folk hero

Kojak knows it is coming
He says it many times
When the Police finally came running
He knew he has his day
But he hasn’t finished yet
His court case will tell the story

The Man of the blogs community
He dares to challenge the authority
He doesn’t feel intimidated
He knows his game………….

Now we hear no news
Something boiling in the prison
Kojak will punch holes into the wall
Talk to the insects tell them to hurry

The evil black knights
Gallant in public eyes
Holding up positions
People come to kowtow
It is only to fight another day
The silent whisper has begun

The Sedition Act must be appealed
It has no relevancy in today’s global age
It is 60 years old…….too old to run any more
It is only BN wanted to hang it there
Like a sour thumb itching to grab
On the innocent and critics
To silence them as they please

Kojak has made his dare
He now sits in prison
Refusing to meet any one
The traits of a Bugis soldier
Kojak used to tell

The light will keep burning
The civil right movements watching
Let BN falls on its own digging holes
When the frogs finally hit the land
The game is over for BN…………..

cyclone nargis 2

I wish ‘Cyclone Nargis’ hit our shore
In Parliament and change the landscape
So we don’t have to witness and listen
About BN MPs wanting to score points

Kampung folks always look highly on graduates
The simple folks always believe these people must be something
Walking out from the institution of higher learning
Oh I don’t have anything against graduates
I only take offense when they don’t articulate well
Else they talk nonsense when a yes or no will do……..

Now read what dpm said
About the opposing governments fulfilling promises
He thinks only BN can keep maintain pledges
He tells me how shallow he has been
He forgets so easily

BN is bad night
Like Count Dracula bleeding you dry
Promising you eternal life…………?
In the end you can’t stand the light
Of the hot sun penetrating into your life
You want to hide the truth
Immortality has a price
You lost the road to paradise

Look we want our MPs to fight for us

cyclone nargis

storm (IMD)
Category 4 cyclone (SSHS)
Cyclone Nargis on May 1

Cyclone Nargis hit Myanmar
22,000 thousand dead…..
Is it an omen to the military junta?
The generals have gone too far
Discrediting the people’s choice
Of democratic government

The years of tight military controls
Now it shatters the countryside
Civilians suffered untold damages
Lives, properties and live-stocks gone

Hitting the monks
Mistreating them
It is now laid bare
The military regime must bear
The truth must prevail

The world countries marshaled for aids
To assist the military under humanity grounds
Will the Myanmar military rulers let go?
Let democracy flourishes in the country

In art of war
Not necessary there must be real conflict
To dislodge an enemy
It is better let them handle it

Otherwise the military rulers
They will go back to their same tricks
Myanmar people have suffered
This time the military rulers must go
Let the duly elected democratic leaders take over
It is long time over due
The natural disaster is a warning sign
For the monks pray for salvation

22,000 or more sacrifices
For a military government doesn’t accept democracy
Now it is the time for these generals to learn
Be humble and let democracy rules

kojak walks tall 2

courtesy mob1900

Alone he fights
With his mouse and his mind
Charging it into the cyber world
The government wants him silent

He stands up against the odds
He battles it hard in his words
Softly he touches his mouse
The story of social injustices spring to life

Now the black crows fly
They know they make a mistake
The people will shoot them
Leaving them no peace in their flight

The prison grills
The closing doors won’t make the difference
The fight will be carried on
The people will fight for their choice

The Kojak walks tall
Rubbing his shining head and smile
This is going to be a tough fight
In the ring of the black knight

The Kojak walks
The ground vibrates
The people gathered
Fighting for injustices
In the ruling elite

kojak gone to prison

sungai buloh wetland

The Kojak gone to prison
He refused to post bail

The man got the guts
A mouse dares to challenge the cat
Whiskers and tails and those unnamed list
He is willing to fight for a cause
He strongly believes in

He walks tall amongst bloggers
The man knows his work and his report
Now the spanner has thrown into his wheel
He has his chance to say it loudly in court
On October 6, 2008

Now concerned people
Gathered to contribute funds
To get his release from Sungai Buloh
And let him prepare for his defense

Don’t worry people
His house is in Sungai Buloh
So in a way he is at home
Gathering his thoughts
And some say interview
The principle troopers in jail

In this Sedition action
Something is true then?
Otherwise why act on it in a hurry?
When a ex-minister molest case is dragging
Even his name dared not publish
But for Kojak…………the Police got into action
Double quick time to shut him out

Kojak we walk with you
Money isn’t a problem
It is the believe we shared
We walk for freedom and truth

they want us be like frogs

Sedition……..
Only the leaders have no guts to face off
Hiding behind laws to make a point
Democracy is a two way lights

We are 50 years old
Yet the leaders in government thinks like 5 years old
Still looking for mommy and daddy
‘Where are the toys?’

Silencing the critics
Finding for an easy way out of a dilemma
The government leaders will use it
So nothing can challenge them
Of things they do and say

When they find no faults
They use Sedition Act to stop criticisms
Put fear into their lives
This is what the leaders wanted
Put a person in court
Let the person argues the case
And they watch in the distance

Sedition Act is 60 years old
A piece of legislation left behind by the British government
Yet Malaysia finds no excuse to say goodbye
Though condemned the colonial administration then

Sedition…………..a tool to clamp your thoughts
When challenges arise, it hides behind the law
Talk about democracy but deny the choices
They want us be like frogs
Only know within our vision………….

the kojak on sedition charge

The Kojak on Sedition charge
This is below the belt…….

What he wrote
It was picked up from the MSM papers
So why the double lines
It is the intimidation
When there is nothing to pick
The authority goes blindly

Now the people know
UMNO people escape
Even they spoke seditious
Nothing is charged on them

The rally must be on
It is to silent on our voices
Picking up issues reported in MSM
Yet nothing is done
Until the Kojak painted the road

The Dark Vader on the prowl
The black crows flying
And the people gathering
Stand up for freedom
Of choices and noises

Where are the frogs?
Pick your choice and be home
Let the Dark Vader and his Emperor
Suck into the dark hole forever

the black crows

The Black crows
Klang Valley belonging to them
There are many as I could remember
When I was schooling in Klang

Those times money paid for dead crows
Many shooters came and had crowed times
Fielding questions of bullets
The Black crows flew away
Searching for sanctuary

On churches roofs
They stay taking a peep
What life will be?
They aren’t welcome
The shooters send bullets to them

The Black crows
Sanctuary disappearing
They are looking for new places to hide
Perhaps in high rise buildings…………
Breeding quickly numbers dwindling

The shooters will come
Sabbath or Sunday free
They have a job to shoot crows
They don’t care what others think

Compassionate to God’s creatures
The shooters have no such courtesy
Sabbath or Sunday free
The bullets will do the talking
The black crows will fall
The black rain from the sky

desperate housewives again

Don’t argue with desperate housewives
Nobody can win even though one can try
It is giving them the leeway
Until they fall on their own arrogance

They know they make mistakes
Legally or morally or ethically
Yet they don’t say they are sorry
They want to take the cake
And be damned what others say

So when they read the rules and regulations
They know they are in the wrong
It is so hard to admit mistakes
Knowing they will feel inferior

So challenging open debate
To say what they did is right?
The rules have stacked against them
But do they say they understand it?

When power rules too long
Reality of defeat hard to sink into
The post mortem of losing will take sometimes
Until the ACA questioning them
Or police commercial crime division asks
Then perhaps they see a clearer picture
They weren’t the office bearers on March 8

Desperate housewives
They want to look pretty
They can’t stand the constant reruns
They get fed up so easily

why hang porch lights and dont use it?

Image Preview

Why hang lights on the porch don’t use it?
Why spend money then don’t dare to switch it on?
Houses rows and rows of them
You find in the housing estates

The house-owners decorate
Lightings on the fences and on the gates
Different shapes and sizes arranged neatly in rows
In the day it looks decorative flow
Of the house-owners different tastes

When the night falls
The houses seem dark and spooky
The porches and fences of the dark shadows
No light to shine on the decorative lightings

Saving electricity?
It never makes sense to me
When robbers or thieves enter
The house-owners will regret

They can’t identify
They have no light to see
Foolish saving losing valuables
Sometimes injuries sometimes death

The house-owners never learn
They always think they are out of the loop
When something goes wrong
Then it will be too late………..

Housing estates
Target for small crimes and robberies
When night fall switches on the porch lights
It only costs a few ringgit…………….

The glitter gone
March 8 the cause
The Star couldn’t believe it
MCA starlets lost

Even Michael Chong will call it a day
He knows his time is up so he better makes his way
The shining star is dimly glowing
Now The Star can’t see a clear vision
The Star struggles to run the race

The Star better wakes up
The days of kowtowing should be gone
Now the newspaper editors should flex their muscles
Report it like true professionals

Dare to go
Dare to take the fall
Dare to believe in principles
Dare to tell as they see it

The people pay for news
They don’t pay for reading craps and half truths
Unbalancing reporting apple polishing the regime
Now The Star should break away
Run the way newspapers should be
Telling what the eyes see
Write what the ears listen
Else simply the truth both ways

The glitter dim
The dark shadows roam
Will the truth prevail soon?
Else wait for the frogs
Something new on the way………………..?

women are a force now

He forgets women voted him
Now this is how he repays them

Women have their rights
No guy should come to say
“You cant do this and that
You need approval……..”

Women I believe
They don’t need male power play
Underneath the order
He wants to show concerned

He is misplacing himself
Is he suggesting women go back in their shells?
Be the good wives and girlfriends
No need to travel here and there

He has to do it himself
Asking his wife to travel
Write a letter she says she is okay
Then he can travel………..

And he should ask his cabinet colleagues
Practice the same ruling………….
Write out where they want to go
Whom to carry along and how long

Don’t just talk
I have enough of listening
Yet BN leaders don’t think through
They harp on it but they don’t do

So I suggest practice amongst the ministers
See how they react, how their wives say
You see women need challenges too
Dare to fail; dare to take the risks
Dare to make it; dare to go alone

Women are a force now
They don’t need guys to tell them what to do
They don’t hide behind guys’ shadows any more
So Rais Yatim better think it through
Don’t make your last job
Where women hate you so

mps children playing

We all wish our MPs
Get the juices going?
Yet they behave like small children
Out to have some playground fun

Educated people
They wanted to play into the gallery
Telling how good they can be
When camera zooms on them
The children come out to play

MPs should know
They aren’t there to score points
They are to make or pass legislations
Throw away the bad ones
Argue for the good…….
Not calling silly names

Parliament isn’t a rojak house
MPs should be aware of the roles
If MPs can’t hack it
They shouldn’t be there

Yet we will see
The silly antics MPs play
A.W.O.L MPs common degree
So are cabinet ministers

To me Parliament House
It has become a street café
Satu cawan kopi mari berbincang
Isu-isu harian menghadapi manusia

I guess we all wish
For something out of these MPs
Do the work they are entrusted
Let the battle begins……….

the light dim people stay awake

borrowed www.flickr.com(CH Kese-Ubud Bali)

Where is the rice?
Long time shine
We use it so often
Now it runs out of stock

Where is the officer?
Sitting in the cool office
Never know the ground situation
When it is too late
Running out to investigate

Where is the neighbor?
Minding own business
Let others find their ways
Sitting in the house
Looking at his stockpile

Where is the government?
Dreaming about corridors
Using jets to travel across country
Sometimes overseas

Where is the cost of living?
It hits hard in the pockets
Digging holes hard to meet
The tears flow mind of despair
The people wake up to know

Where is the businessman?
Counting his money smiling to the bank
The demand high supply down
The quick profit the government and people pay

Where is the soul?
The good, the bad and the comedian
Struggling hard to meet
The days of scarcity of food

the kojak walks tall

The Kojak walks tall
In his style he can’t be bothered
Amongst the bloggers
He is The Man

BN leaders can’t sleep easy
Knowing Kojak will do some snooping
He has no rules only the ‘truth’
In his postings and writings

Hear he has gone
Into the den of opium addict
You know the blues gang
They want him to be their kaki

Kojak never misses a beat
He knows their tricks; he knows their season tickets
Only you and me the raw block on the streets
Looking up to The Man
The Kojak in cyber-place

Now the blues gang
Apa nak dikato?
The IPCMC sleeping soundly
Wonder when will it come of age?

The blues gang better count
There are many writing it away
BN leaders will not get it easy
The cracks on the wall it will fall
Then the sound of freedom
Ring true in the land of Malaysia

press freedom?

Press freedom?
It won’t happen with BN
Anybody can keep trying
As long as the goons stay on
It will be a long drawn fight

Suppressed freedom
With laws to silent the critics
The uniformed blues gangs
They come running without times

Every day we walk on the streets
We don’t see the subtle pick and choose
We think we have our freedom
Just stop a minute……………

Read the papers lately?
See how the news coverage?
It only paints the BN
The grandeur like magic
The Merlin can’t sleep well
The dark knights put him in the dungeon

Now we observe
Press freedom…………
If only the newspapers should understand
It will make a worthwhile pondering

Press freedom………..
Kick the BN goons out of the field
Then we can say we have finally done it

wastage of public money

Jets by PM and DPM
During the campaigns period
Of Feb 22 and Mar 7
Got no sense………whopping $790,000/-

Do they think about the people suffering?
Goods spiraling costs hitting hard in their pockets
And they jet it off without a thought of the people
They could change their mindsets first
Don’t ask the people to do when you can’t

Why can’t they follow Lim Guan Eng?
He is the true leader knowing how to spend people’s money wisely
He took economy class in an aero-plane recently
From KL to Penang Island………..

This is why one of the reasons BN lost heavily
In the recent March 8 elections
Proud and power intimidation
Forgetting the people

The witches better craft potion
Let the frogs turn into princes
And take control of the country
Stop the wastage of taxpayers’ money

Seriously it is better this year
Don’t wait for GE13 to finish BN off
So many blind spots the people won’t know
Let the new story begins this year
Ring the bells let the light shines brightly
And listen to the good songs and music

intimidation

Intimidation rules
The Police will do
Bark by the authority
The Police run headless
Into the realm of nothingness

The PR works its magic
Slowly the frogs will croak to the pool
Then the Police will understand
Help the people not the political bosses

You are paid by the tax citizens
On their hard earned time
Don’t be so cruel forgetting the people
They are there so you can stay alive!

In uniform don’t forget your duties
The people should be your priority
It isn’t the government of the day
Bearing in mind we pay our taxes
So you can have a job to live by

So don’t make the people
Like a ball kick and thrashed about
You must be impartial and fair
List your priority catch the criminals
The cheats, the deceits and corruptors
Rapists, murderers, thieves, robbers

Just don’t pull your aggression
On the helpless innocent people
My experience you are likely to do
Won’t you just stay and think awhile?
We are taxpayers
Paying you to watch over us
Not the other way round
Do you think Allah will like it?

So think about it Police
Use pr to make it right
Friendly faces help you a long way
You are after all
People like us…….

leaders must have visions

We can’t have good leaders all the time
In the country road to progress there is bound to have hiccups
Many people just can’t get it over as yet
This is the change; it must be coming soon

Even Roman Empire collapsed
After centuries of ruling
The power got into their heads
Likewise here we see the BN government
Power corrupts greed destroys the soul

Now we have a no directional government
Cracking up with wind of whip
Suddenly you find the leaders run
Where is the fire? Tell me where it is!

Brewing slogans and statements
It carries no merits in the people’s minds
It just drops out breathless in the corridors
The wind just blowing it away

Leaders must have visions
Slogans with wills to implement
Somehow it just falls quickly
Like falling rain drifting away

police knocking on doors

The Police don’t want to leave RPK alone
Some postings he did and somebody didn’t like it

The Police Officers came and quick
It was normally on a slow pace
This one could be from somebody
Higher up in the ladder of authority

They don’t give notice
They just came and knocked on doors
They don’t show PR skills
They don’t care how they deal

Though through my career
I had met CPO, OCPD and Inspectors
Sometimes you wonder only friends they are helpful
No friend they leave you aside…..

Ah that was years ago
Now I think about RPK
He must be a veteran in Police visiting
I hope there is nothing……….
Just a courtesy call….

penang once I remembered

penang hill railway

Damn, you make me missed Penang!
I used to do warm up exercises there
Before I went to the Botanical Gardens
That was so ancient years ago

I used to jog and walk in Botanical Gardens
I believe many changes had taken place
The quiet evening runs and walks
It was stressed free when I was in Penang
Whenever I hopped in to these recreational parks

Looking back I used to run up to the Moon Gate
Late evening mostly around 5.30pm
Imagine I didn’t think about safety
I didn’t think about getting snake bites
It was a cool place resting up there
Looking at the town………….
And still got free drink at the tea place
I wonder it is still there?

While it is just in my memory
Years ago I had left my footprints behind
Youth Park and Botanical Gardens
A place for anger management……
Then I went back to face
The hundreds of workers

O Penang Island
A place to rock one soul away
The memories of the places
It sways into my forgotten memory

o desperate women

O desperate women
Like desperate men
Do something really stupid
Yet they claimed it is legitimate

If they want to give away money
To charity why not give it all?
They gave a paltry sum
Transferred the bulk of it to Bakti
For someday they may want it back

It is like the off-shore banking system
They learned it fast from the political leaders
I wonder what they will do
When Pakatan Rakyat takes the Federal Government?

When their husbands fell from grace
These desperate housewives couldn’t be outwit
They did something really stupid
They forget to read the constitution in-depth

Now who are wrong?
Opposition wives can’t be had
On March 9, the desperate BN wives are no members
So they couldn’t run the organization and held meeting
The membership automatically lapsed…..

O desperate women
Time for grace you forget
Be a gentle woman you nag
Now see what’s happening?
You run against the laws
So many years in prison, perhaps

Lessons they have to learn
Let them feel the charity of prison terms
Only then they will remember
Charity begins at home

time frogs come out

Pakatan Rakyat must take the Federal Government
Otherwise the BN leaders will choke the losing 5 states
As it is now changes have been done giving very silly excuses
Millions will be paid for ‘work’ done
When years ago everything was approved…………..

Now BN leaders sing a different tune
On the Pakatan Rakyat ruling states
It is still on the drawing boards…..
The deception and lie BN leaders say

Penang bridge project, PORR, monorail
Syariah courts building, tourism projects
Funding for various activities
Now there is no money……..

And don’t forget about BN desperate housewives
Running charitable organizations then closing it down
Showing no grace when their husbands fell from power
Will Bakti follow the step too when BN fall?
I really wonder what these women will do
They don’t think of people when they fall from grace
They suddenly forget the roles they play

So the people know
What BN think of them
It is wealth and power
Nothing to do with rakyat

Time the frogs come out
Croak it to the net
Let the light shines
Across the country
And bring BN down for good
Don’t let the coalition partners return
The parties should be buried
Into the peoples’ minds forever

when money smells so good

When money smells good
The vultures will fly in

This is the truth
When one goes down
A new one comes to take its place
Sometimes a new name changed

It is just like a new coat of paint
The building gets a new spanking good shine
The ones benefiting it will sing all the praises
Until money changes hands…………

Penang Island has too many malls
She doesn’t need it any more to attract tourists and locals
Not forgetting the terrible traffic jams on the roads
It is time for fields to shake anger frustration
In the island city choking with pent up fumes

The Pakatan Government must be vigilante
Against those worms crawling out from the land
When money smells good
Backdoors too can do…………

bn leaders trying to forget

Image Preview

Atlantuya Atlantuya
You came you saw and you died
On the soil that you hardly recognize
Done to you by the very people you worked for
Thinking you were saved walking on the streets

The justice must be done
Yet the court is dragging into the tunnel
Only the sound of drawing drawers
And the silence creeping its walls

Will justice find its light?
Will there be reasons to die horribly?
What are the truths?
Money owed; money promised?

Justice wavers on its weight
Trying to balance trying to find a cure
The distance drums beating hard
Crying out loud for justice be done

Atlantuya
The BN leaders trying to forget
The people will try to push for the truth
So much money paid to connecting cronies
The truth must come out
When BN falls to the ground

the stray dogs running

Barking the wrong tree
The BN coalition partners will do
Telling their stray dogs go
Yapping at the wrong direction

When the dirt piles up ages ago
The BN stray dogs shit on it
Now when a new dog catcher comes along
Riding his big bike the stray dogs quickly running away

Whispering dog shit on the streets
Why they don’t go after DBKL?
They pay assessments don’t they?
Why don’t they use the sinking fund?

Wee job is in Parliament
Engaging the goons in fiery battles
And here I read the wimpy dogs
Doing the job of their BN masters

The subtle ways the BN leaders do
Never can take losing still fighting to get back at you
In every mean they can possibly think
Catching rats
Who is to blame?
The people never keep the neighborhood clean
And the city hall officers walk half measured strikes
So they put the blame on Wee….

Hello? Look into the mirror
FT under BN rules
Go tell the minister!
Isn’t he better?

let the postings keep flowing

borrowed http://sloone.wordpress.com(photo of rojak and cocktail)

He is just ‘kaypor’
Let dpm answers
Otherwise he can plead
‘I never authorize the letter
On response to RPK’

Though dpm remains silent
Only gave denial statements
He has learned through his experiences
He can’t make a police report
By then everything will come loose

So let the others talk and write
He has no time to entertain
The court will decide
What will be the outcome of the trial?

Personally it is hard not to meet
The interpreter of billions ringgit projects
When one travels overseas to look at the progress
Doesn’t he has to make report in cabinet meeting?

Say no evil hear no song
The line will be stopped
The story will be kept in rubbish bin
Until the rubbish truck comes along

Let the postings keep flowing
Along the cyber-space somebody may know
Then the truth will finally come home
The keris will come to haunt him once more

The naughty boys rule
Clamoring for spotlight
Eagerly snapping seat
They don’t learn do they?

Calling names
Counter productive
In Parliament sessions
Do the right thing!

Proper conduct and decorum
Protocol and rules of the game
Don’t show us the bad lights
We don’t want to hear and see

The people choices
Wrestle it out in the House
When parents go for holidays
These children don’t know how to behave

The gardeners shake their heads
They can’t control these naughty darlings
They aren’t home alone
They sure want to be one though!
