Why hang lights on the porch don’t use it?
Why spend money then don’t dare to switch it on?
Houses rows and rows of them
You find in the housing estates

The house-owners decorate
Lightings on the fences and on the gates
Different shapes and sizes arranged neatly in rows
In the day it looks decorative flow
Of the house-owners different tastes

When the night falls
The houses seem dark and spooky
The porches and fences of the dark shadows
No light to shine on the decorative lightings

Saving electricity?
It never makes sense to me
When robbers or thieves enter
The house-owners will regret

They can’t identify
They have no light to see
Foolish saving losing valuables
Sometimes injuries sometimes death

The house-owners never learn
They always think they are out of the loop
When something goes wrong
Then it will be too late………..

Housing estates
Target for small crimes and robberies
When night fall switches on the porch lights
It only costs a few ringgit…………….
