Don’t argue with desperate housewives
Nobody can win even though one can try
It is giving them the leeway
Until they fall on their own arrogance
They know they make mistakes
Legally or morally or ethically
Yet they don’t say they are sorry
They want to take the cake
And be damned what others say
So when they read the rules and regulations
They know they are in the wrong
It is so hard to admit mistakes
Knowing they will feel inferior
So challenging open debate
To say what they did is right?
The rules have stacked against them
But do they say they understand it?
When power rules too long
Reality of defeat hard to sink into
The post mortem of losing will take sometimes
Until the ACA questioning them
Or police commercial crime division asks
Then perhaps they see a clearer picture
They weren’t the office bearers on March 8
Desperate housewives
They want to look pretty
They can’t stand the constant reruns
They get fed up so easily
Nobody can win even though one can try
It is giving them the leeway
Until they fall on their own arrogance
They know they make mistakes
Legally or morally or ethically
Yet they don’t say they are sorry
They want to take the cake
And be damned what others say
