The mask on the wall
Cemented hard concrete
Feel the rough texture
It is laid for life
Cemented hard concrete
Feel the rough texture
It is laid for life
The hard knock
The mask never tells
You walk pass it
Every day
You don't show a second glance
Occasionally like clockwork
Water gushing out ringing fall
It attracts people especially children
Standing innocently admiring the mask
Only it can speak
“Be a good boy”
The mask on the wall
Laid to rest for eternity
Water flow telling no story
Only the sound as memory fades
