The
police say
“We
can't catch the unsound man
He
hasn't done anything wrong right now
Though
he disturbs the peace”
The
unsound man
Do
we wait for him to cause ruckus?
Before
the police can act to apprehend him?
I
doubt that should be the case
The
parents of the unsound man
The
police advice the father to make police report
He
talked about the British General story
He
seems to be inflicted with reality
The
mother keeps quiet
They
will believe their son isn't wrong
They
used him to ferry them around
The
unsound man driving car
I
go through the Penal Code
Chapter
22 under criminal, intimidation
Insult
and annoyance I find this under 504
It
reads “Intentional insult with intent to
provoke
a breach of the peace”
I
go through Mental Health Act 2001
Under
Act 615 Section 11 under
“Apprehension
of mentally disordered person”
In
subsection 1 and 2 of the said Act
There
is a way for the police to apprehend
But
the police want to wait for the physical injury
Losses
of properties or some form of physical injury
Before
the unsound man can be taken to police station
