may have changed
Ideals
change too

to move on
Let
others to take over
This
is the normal way
Nothing
personal to boot
Time
to take a bow
And
seek elsewhere
Do
a different take
Still
stay relevant to it
But
no bashing out in anger
It
shows lack of decorum
It
shows lack of leadership qualities
In
every job nothing is permanent
Even
life has no permanency
When
time to go
Leave
it behind
Tomorrow
has another day
