the loot

The loot stays open
There is a reason
To show the crook isn't hiding
Let the police cart it away

The biggest loot has left
Leaving behind the small bags
We don't see a face of fear
Or face of sadness

It seems everything is normal
Leaving the boxes in the rooms
Of private homes or associates
Knowing it can be found

Donation seems the favorite word
As if the word is above the law
When reality bites on the crook
He will sing in Bamboo River

Now his world is crumbling down
There will be supporters to lend support
They don't see anything wrong on corruption
Maybe they are tuned into it for years

This is the time
The law will stand without fear or favor
The guilty will be charged and imprisoned
The way of good practises
