Don't let your body grow weak
You will attract the bad viruses
You better stay in shape
The healthy body can fight

Look at the martial art exponents
They train everyday in tip top condition
They can't be sloppy in their training
They will lose when they confront adversary

Eat the correct food
Take plenty of water and juices
Vegetables, fruits and meat
Stay away from toxic drinks and cigarettes

Covid19 will attack quickly
When our bodies are weak to defend
The virus will spread in attacking mode
The weak will succumb to their fate

Here are the receipe
To improve our immune system
Increase our Testosterone to boost performance
And let the body fight the bad viruses

1 cup of oats
½ cup of peanut butter
1/3 cup ground flax seed
1/3 cup of honey
1/3 cup chocolate chips(coco powder)
1tbsp chia seeds
1tsp of vanilla extract
1 table spoon of extra virgin coconut oil
1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil

Method
mix all together in SS bowl Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes
Take it out and roll into balls and keep in the fridge
Take 1 or 2 in a day
