They are allowed to go buy groceries

The essential goods to stay healthy

On the duration of MCO

Though most people wearing masks

They forget their eyes, ears and hands

Even the clothes they wear

Even the monies in exchange

It is better to bring along

Hand sanitizers with them

In and out of vehicles or shopping

Spray on it and rub thoroughly

When they reach home

They should wash their clothes

They should take showers

Clean away the germs or viruses

They can stand in the hot sun

For a minute to get nature do its job

If you stand a few minutes more

You can get free Vitamin D

But remember C19 isn't slowing down

It is moving up the scale as statistics shown

We must still stay at homes and stay healthy

Help ourselves to assist the hospitals and nation

Remember too we must help ourselves

Else God will not listen to our prayers

Don't believe God will protect us
