When the body is weak

Suffering from a life threatening disease

The life force is always struggling to free

Don't try to add to its burden of heavy load

You may think the mind is strong

Practice the positive values may slow it down

But adding the negative vibes of greed and power

It will rise up the bar of life threatening disease

In my kampong days long ago

The older people always said

“Don't be greedy you will fall indeed”

Nothing can save a person if he doesn't change

When you have an incurable disease

You will face a life full of uncertainties

You shouldn't play hard ball on power and greed

You will die one day in your sleep

It is a message so clear

Stay away live a life of slow paces

Spend the good years or months available

Don't waste it to find personal gratifications

One person will learn

By then he will find it too late

The incurable disease will strike slowly

The turning wheel will crush his soul

Karma is a bitchy woman

She will hit when we refuse to learn

Dragging us down to dark pit of darkness

There we will cry on our regrets
