the bad in his soul

The hungry of power
A person surrenders his integrity
A person gives up his pawns
He wants the chair at all costs

He can even back stab
As long as he can get his needs
He doesn't care about principles
He doesn't care what he has said

All he wants is his power
The power surges in his brain
He knows he can become
A puppet without his ground

Still he doesn't see
He will fall eventually
With all of his sins piling up
The bad in his soul will gang up

The cortisol will jump high
It will trigger the little dagger
Embedded in his body
Slowly cutting away his soul

But the Moo looks at the open field
He feels good as long as his eyes hold still
Behind his eyes he will recognize his enemies
He is hungry for his power once he holds

He's willing to sacrifice his pawns
Leaving him to face the wolves and crocodiles
Not forgetting the monkeys on the cables
Watching his every move
