Mothers of overseas born children
The heartaches and headaches through the years
The light still shivering in the shadows of politicians
Of men who can't see women as equal in needs
The children will suffer in the long political drama
They can't get their citizenships because of their fathers
Who aren't the citizens of the country
So there is no automatic right to citizenship
The Federal Constitution isn't fair to the women
They are the ones to bear and hold the burden
They are the cradles for the future children
Yet the Constitution treats the women unfairly
Though it has happened years ago
No prime ministers had gone on the overdrive
Many mothers face a future of darkness
Now it is Anwar turn to address this problem
There is no reason to postpone it
Anwar should have it amended in the Constitution
Yet another study and review require
It shouldn't have happened as it is a straight forward case
