You don't play a bit of compassion
The ordinary folks
The minor business people
They have to pay in full
No question of leeway
Even folks are empty of pockets
The taxes must be paid in full
Late payment a penalty will be imposed
Letting the ordinary folks feeling the blue
But if they are VIPs or lawyers
The taxman will give them leeway
The taxes can be delayed or argue in courts
The taxman will never say pay now talk later!
