The rats run
Out from the drain
Looking at the light
Whispering in delight
The free loading
On the long stretch
The rising water
Give them an excuse
On the watch
The cats sit
Growing fat in years
Inactive living spoil the action
The rats run
The cats can't be bothered
Unless it is a new cat on the block
Something good will happen
Now we hear of the flow
The good cheese heat it up
In time the cats can't sit still
They have to hunt to get in shape
