The hot weather
Shining down on us
The ray of heat
It can burn our skin
Even sitting in the house
I can feel the heat
It can make me headache
The temperature rising
At times hitting at 34C
It makes many of us
Switching on the air-conditioning
Just to cool ourselves of the heat
The rising heat
Town councils cutting down trees
They don't have system to trim it
They cut the trees bald headed
The Nature blasts her fury
We shouldn't blame the heat
It is ourselves and the government
We forget to balance our needs
