Causing bad eye sores to the public and tourists
NGOs can protest
They don't live in these bad poorly maintained units
They should stay in first before they protest
They are just seeking publicity
The owners will get fair market prices
The developers can't twist it around
Though NGOs will scream in different tune
Let the owners decide their future with URA
If the law is illegal
There are many lawyers MP should protest
The AGC chamber will have demanded it recall
But nothing happened to cause anxiety
URA Act has to arrive
The owners have their rights
They get market value prices
And have first choice on the units
