Still flying wrong in the air

Never pause and check

They should witness it
It is their responsibility
Do not run foul of by-laws

Yet we still find the flag incident
Who's going to blame?
The nation flag
A symbol of pride and dignity
It can't be hoisted up side down
It is right the law come to light
