His lawyer claimed in court
Delaying the process of charging him
He still can be charged in hospital
As the CPC provides for it
If he kicks his bucket then
The case will be closed
As it happened with 2 former wolf leaders
Nothing was pursued as AG stopped the case
Now turtle man is still alive
A pacemaker will be installed in his heart
It will keep him alive to face his court trial
Maybe spend his final years in his cell
