Now they talk about glass and diamond
In the context of our lives in multi-racial setting
And the rule of law and Constitution
There is something wrong in perception
The supreme law of the nation
It is the Constitution for all people
Be it rulers, politicians and ordinary folks
There shouldn’t be a class distinction
Who is the glass?
Who is the diamond?
It is the Constitution
The soul of the nation
Somewhere on the line
A distinctive message seems to pass
Just remember when you go
We are humans
Staying here on the grace
Of Allah and His plans
So live without borders
So live without class division
So live with harmony
So live with humility
So live with honesty
Yet we find
Others try to divide
Who is glass?
Who is diamond?
God has no distinction
Every one stands equal in His eyes
So we mustn’t do
Nurturing class division
In the context of our lives in multi-racial setting
And the rule of law and Constitution
There is something wrong in perception
The supreme law of the nation
